I have gained commercial insight through my experience in customer service, where I also have the confidence to advise proactively.
[Example] A personal example that demonstrates my core qualities was when I dealt with an angry customer on the phone in my role as a customer service representative. The customer was dissatisfied with the service he had received and was ready to leave. By listening patiently to his story and showing empathy, I was able to find out what had gone wrong and offer a suitable solution. As a result, the customer changed his mind and was ultimately very satisfied with the resolution provided. This shows that I can handle difficult situations effectively and turn complaints into satisfaction.
